Insect Macro – “Poor Man’s” Macro Technique – Canon 5D Mark II

I used the “poor man’s macro” technique to get these shots. Using a cheap mount adapter, I reverse-mounted a cheap/used 50mm Minolta prime onto the Mark II. This gives you pretty darn good macro capabilities, and its much better than purchasing an expensive macro lens!

Full Count – Short Film

This a film I shot (Director of Photography) with my great friend Patrick Collier who directed the short. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had collaborating on a film and I’m very proud to be apart of it.
