Retired Thespian “Smokey” stars in this 20 second Bokah test. She was very patient (she’s 13) and was rewarded with a Salmon snack after getting the part (her favorite by the way). Shot with a Canon T3 in a dark room, through a vintage Rokkor-x Manual lens.

a quick test my NEX-5 with the minolta lens in the rain Color Corrected in After Effects The tinny sound is coming from the umbrella (im not sure how weather proof the NEX5 is)

Partial disassembly of the Minolta AF 50/2.8 Macro lens. Had to clean a little dust out, but this video will take you through enough disassembly to fix a few different problems, including the sticky/seized focus caused by degrading adhesive in the dust-protection aluminum tape.
